Spaghetti Bowl Xpress (SBX) Traffic Control Update | Week of July 3, 2022
Construction will temporarily shut down on Friday, July 1 at 5pm until Tuesday, July 5 at 7am for the July 4 holiday.
Traffic control and detour maps are available here. Construction operations are weather dependent and subject to change.
Market Street Shoulder Closure
Daytime shoulder closures on Market Street near Vassar Street from Wednesday, July 6 to Friday, July 8.
Vassar Street Lane Reductions
Day and night lane reductions on Vassar Street under I-580 from Wednesday, July 6 to Friday, July 8.
Reno Spaghetti Bowl Ramp Closures
Ramps will be CLOSED intermittently overnight from 8pm to 6am from Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, July 8. Please use marked detour routes.
- Eastbound I-80 to northbound US 395.
- Eastbound I-80 to southbound I-580.
- Westbound I-80 to southbound I-580.
Northbound and Southbound I-580 Second Street/Mill Street Ramps
Access to Second Street and/or Mill Street will be CLOSED intermittently overnight from 8pm to 6am from Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, July 8. Access to one route—either Second Street or Mill Street—will be available.
Northbound and Southbound I-580 Lane Closures
Nightly lane reductions on northbound and southbound I-580 between the Spaghetti Bowl and Mill Street from 8pm to 6am from Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, July 8.
East Fourth Street Lane Reductions and Shifts
Day and night lane reductions and shifts on Fourth Street from Galletti Way to Sixth Street begin Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, July 8.
Note: Brief daytime traffic control delays to be expected.
Kietzke Lane Closures
Kietzke Lane from Kuenzli Street to Galletti Way will be CLOSED overnight from 8pm to 6am from Tuesday, July 5 to Friday, July 8.
